Why we started Throughline Consultants
We founded Throughline Consultants to be the guide we wished we'd had ourselves. Arriving in a new country, finding somewhere to live, opening a bank account, building a career, and growing a business are each hard enough alone. Almost no one stays with a person through all these stages. We wanted to create one continuous relationship that supports you through the entire journey, from a student's first application, through their arrival, into the career they came for, and on to the businesses that hire and nurture them.
What makes us different
Unlike other services, we offer one continuous guide across your entire journey rather than a series of separate handoffs. Our advisers are origin-matched individuals who have walked the same path themselves, not generic consultants. The founder brings seven years of experience in learning and development and organisational development. Partner with Professionals, building tools and systems that make our guidance faster and more personal. We believe no one should face confusing moments alone, and that doing this properly, honestly, and all the way through is worth more than doing a hundred things halfway.
